Standard panels are also set available in varied widths of 2', 3' or 4'. Welded steel bar grating is resistance welded for creating rugged, one- piece constructed panel. The bearing bars are welded at the contact points with the cross bars under high heat & pressure conditions. These bars are then fused together to form a permanent joint. Although, these cross bars give a high degree of rigidity, yet these maintain a smooth flat surface for free & easy walking. To meet the individual requirements of our clients, we offer gratings in all other high end alloys like Monel, having different openings of cross bar and bearing bars. Furthermore, we offer gratings that are absolutely suitable for special process, pressure vessel industry and engineering calculations that are based on the distinct customer requirements.
